Cut moongre from both sides
Now cut it in small pieces
Cut potatoes in small pieces
Heat mustard oil in a kadahi....add ginger and garlic pieces...cook for few seconds
Add chopped onion and green chilliies
Cook onion 4-5 minutes ...add chopped tomato
Add masale
Cook for 1 minute on medium flame
Add moongre and aloo pieces
Mix in tadka
Cover it and leave for 10 minutes in low flame .... don't add extra water
Stir it and cover....leave for another 10 minutes.....
Season's Moongre is ready....serve hot with chapati
